How do I create a Lazle account?
Creating an account on our website is simple! Just follow these steps:
1. Click on the person-shaped button located in the top right corner of the screen. This button is labeled "Account."
2. Under the "New Customer" section, you'll find a button that says "Register." Click on this button.
3. Fill in the required information on the registration form. This includes your name, email address, and a password.
4. Once you've filled in your information, click on the submission button labeled "Register".
5. Congratulations! Your account is now ready to use. You can log in anytime using the credentials you provided during registration.
Creating an account will allow you to keep an eye on your purchases. You'll be able to:
• View order history
• Track your order status and shipping
• Save your details for quicker checkout
I have trouble signing into my account, what should I do?
Please make sure you’re using the same email address and password you registered your account with.
If you can't remember your password, click on the 'forgot your password?' link on the sign-in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address, where a link will be sent for a new password creation.
If your issue isn't password-related, here are a few things you may want to check:
• Disable 'block all cookies' in your browser settings
• Enable Javascript in your browser settings
• Remove any content blockers
Make sure that your device clock is accurate. For security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won't be able to access your account. You can resolve this problem easily by setting the time on your device to default.

You can find the manual for your Lazle device included with your purchase. If you need another copy or prefer a digital version, you can also access it on our Manuals page.
Shipping & Return
What if I need to modify my order?

How long does shipping normally take?
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
What is your Refund Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@lazleusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you Ship Worldwide?
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. LAZLE is not responsible in any way to cover such costs. The customer is responsible for customs clearing/duties, and local taxation.
Customs policies vary from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays in arrival.

We accept most major online payment systems.
Do you accept HSA or FSA payments?
Yes all our products qualify for purchase with your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Why do I need to set my browser to accept cookies?
Our commerce system is cookie dependent. We use cookies to track products in your shopping cart, as well as discounts and other attributes of your order.
